⭐ By buying from our shop you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this following page! ⭐

🐟 You are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations for all parcels processed and sent from Umvvelt. We unfortunately cannot change or guarantee that there will or will not be any customs fees as it varies per country. Please be prepared to pay the duties that may come with the parcel as we cannot be held responsible and will not reimburse any orders' fees.

🐟Addresses are the buyer's responsibility--you are responsible for keeping us up to date with any address changes. We cannot be held responsible or resend a parcel if it was sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address written on the buyer's part.

🐟In the case where an order is sent back to us for any reason, (whether it was never picked up, accepted, customs fees never paid for, etc.), the order may be shipped out again but charged an additional shipping fee (since the parcel was sent once already). An order may be refunded in this case if the buyer no longer wants the items but the shipping funds previously paid for the items before will NOT be refunded.

🐟 Refunds/Returns are not accepted! If you have an issue with your order I will be more than happy to try to work something out with you though! If a refund happens to be issued for any reason, shipping fees will not be refunded as the item was shipped once already. Clothes cannot be exchanged for different sizes, so please make sure you select your size appropriately!

🐟 Order cancellations may be accepted without a cancellation fee for any order up to two weeks after the order was made. Any cancellations made after the 2 week deadline will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.

Frequently Asked Questions:

🐟 What does pre-order mean?

Products that have been marked as ON-PREORDER or have PREORDER in their title name are items we currently do not have available on hand. These products are ordered based on the amount of interest received and will arrive and ship at a later date (this information is usually found in the product information)!

🐟How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We typically try to ship any non-preorder orders within 2 weeks of the day the order was sent in. Although we try to generally follow this timeline, please keep in mind that Umvvelt is only run by one person. The wait time may vary by how backed up we are on orders.

🐟Do all orders come with tracking?

All orders with the exception of US Letter Mail orders come with a tracking number that should be sent via EMAIL the day that the order was packaged and/or shipped. We use USPS first class to ship all of our items--domestically & internationally.Β 

🐟Why haven't my items arrived yet?!?!

Please keep in mind that items purchased domestically (in the USA) may take 5-10 days AFTER it's been shipped out to arrive to it's final destination. International parcels may take 2-7 weeks to arrive to it's final destination. For international orders, we kindly ask buyers to be patient for their parcels to arrive due to additional processing at customs ports & etc.Β 

🐟 Is it possible for you to edit my customs declaration so I may avoid international duties?

Unfortunately,Β we cannot edit or mark any parcels with false declarations as it is considered mail-fraud! We cannot be held liable for any international duties your country may ask of you upon picking up or receiving your order.

🐟 Can I return my order?

I unfortunately do not allow any returns unless it was a mistake within the order on my end (such as sending in the wrong item, wrong size, etc). If you have any troubles with your order, please feel free to contact me!

🐟 I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address!

Please contact me ASAP with your name and order number if you accidentally input the wrong shipping address while processing your order! If it hasn't shipped yet, I will change it and send you a new confirmation email to confirm. If your order has shipped already, I am unable to change the address at this point.Β If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again!

🐟 I accidentally put in the wrong billing address!

Unfortunately, I cannot change billing addresses on my end for your order! Please contact me with your order number to cancel your order! You may then check out with your correct billing address πŸ’™

🐟 I need to cancel my order.

You may choose to cancel any preorder or regular order without a cancellation fee up to two weeks after to your purchase. Any cancellations made after will be charged a $10 cancellation fee!Β
