🐟 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
We typically try to ship any non-preorder orders within 2 weeks of the day the order was sent in. Although we try to generally follow this timeline, please keep in mind that Umvvelt is only run by one person. The wait time may vary by how backed up we are on orders. Sometimes orders may take as long as 5-6 weeks fulfilled on months where the shop has new updates due to a large influx of new orders at the time.
🐟 WHY HAVEN'T MY ITEMS ARRIVED YET?!?!
Please keep in mind that items purchased domestically (in the USA) may take 5-10 days AFTER it's been shipped out to arrive to it's final destination. International parcels may take 2-7 weeks to arrive to it's final destination. For international orders, we kindly ask buyers to be patient for their parcels to arrive due to additional processing at customs ports & etc.
🐟 IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO EDIT MY CUSTOMS DECLARATION SO I MAY AVOID INTERNATIONAL DUTIES?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit or mark any parcels with false declarations as it is considered mail-fraud! We cannot be held liable for any international duties your country may ask of you upon picking up or receiving your order.
